Attachment Style Workshop
Understanding Your Patterns in Love and Learning How to Create Healthier Relationships
Many of the challenges we experience in relationships are not random. The way we respond to closeness, conflict, vulnerability, and emotional connection is often shaped by patterns we learned much earlier in life.
Attachment theory helps us understand why we may crave intimacy but feel afraid of it at the same time, why certain relationship dynamics repeat themselves, and why emotional triggers can feel so powerful in moments of closeness.
For many people, these patterns operate unconsciously. We may find ourselves reacting in ways we don’t fully understand — withdrawing during conflict, seeking reassurance repeatedly, feeling overwhelmed by emotional closeness, or struggling to trust that connection is safe.
The Attachment Style Workshop offers participants a deeper understanding of these relational patterns and how they influence the way we experience love, intimacy, and connection.
Through guided discussion, reflective exercises, and somatic awareness practices, participants will begin exploring how their attachment style shapes their emotional responses and relational habits.
Rather than seeing attachment styles as fixed labels, this workshop helps participants recognise that these patterns can evolve with awareness, compassion, and intentional relational practices.
During the workshop, we will explore topics such as:
• The foundations of attachment theory and how attachment patterns develop
• The characteristics of secure, anxious, avoidant, and disorganised attachment styles
• Recognising personal emotional triggers and relational responses
• Understanding how attachment dynamics influence attraction and relationship conflict
• Cultivating healthier relational habits and developing greater emotional security
Participants will also be guided through reflective and body-based awareness exercises that help them recognise how attachment responses show up both emotionally and physically.
This workshop is particularly helpful for individuals who:
• Notice repeating patterns in their relationships
• Feel anxious, withdrawn, or conflicted when intimacy deepens
• Struggle with trust, emotional safety, or vulnerability
• Want to better understand their emotional triggers in relationships
• Are committed to building healthier and more secure connections
Understanding your attachment style can be a powerful step toward transforming the way you experience relationships.
When we begin to recognise our patterns with curiosity rather than judgement, we create the opportunity to respond to relationships in new ways — with greater awareness, emotional regulation, and openness to connection.
